Our Process

Choose Land
We recommend choosing land first in the process to make sure we design a dream home that will fit the property and more importantly, your budget!

If you already own land or have one in mind, great! If not, we’ll work with you to find land. Many times, we have available land that we can share with you. We also have an in house Real Estate Division to assist you with your purchase & get exclusive information about upcoming land. Regardless of your situation, we’re here to help you.

Design Floor Plan
Now that you’ve chosen a piece of land, we can start designing your dream home. If you already have a finished floor plan or have some ideas together, we’ll work with you to finalize them for the chosen piece of land.

If you need inspiration for floor plans, don’t worry! We have plenty of floor plan options available that we can share with you. If you like any of them, or bits and pieces, we can tailor any of them to fit your needs.

Financing
Knowing your budget at the very beginning of the process is key to being successful at finding land and designing your house plans, but securing financing won’t come until step 3 in the process.

If you need assistance securing new home construction financing, we have preferred loan officers that will be happy to help guide you through the borrowing process. They have access to 50+ lenders to ensure you get the BEST rate available!

Construction Begins!
Now the fun part, bringing your dream home to life! On average, it takes 6-8 months to build and we’ll be on the home site daily to make sure your home is crafted to perfection.

While building, we’ll be in constant communication with you to share progress updates. We also understand you may want changes or upgrades along the way, and we’ll do our best to make them happen. After all, this is your dream home!
